Maryland Mercy Associates
The Mercy Associates in our parish are a group of men and women who gather periodically to reflect on the charism of Mercy in our lives and community.

We pray together and individually using prayer leaflets which are sent each month by a Sister of Mercy. A copy of the prayer leaflet is displayed on the noticeboard in the Parish Centre. The group is supported by the Sisters of Mercy who draw on the inspiration of Venerable Catherine McAuley (1778 ̶ 1841), a Dubliner, who established the order so that works of mercy (with the poor and needy) could be carried out in her city, then gradually throughout Ireland, England (from 1839), and eventually around Great Britain and the world. The Maryland Mercy Associates celebrates its 20th Anniversary in 2027, and we would welcome you to join our meetings.
